Integrity Worship Ministries is a non-profit 501 (C) (3) corporation which operates targeted programs in the USA and in key regions around the globe. IWMs programs include worship leadership training offered through the Integrity Worship Institute, as well as, ministries of evangelism and compassion.
IWMs strategy is to highly leverage the investment of its financial supporters by training, equipping, and resourcing key indigenous leaders, each one of whom are touching thousands in their ministries. Already, IWM has seen incredible return on this strategy. In Russia alone, 250 churches have grown out of efforts to equip indigenous leaders.
Integrity Worship Ministries believes that the call of the Great Commission is the challenge, privilege, and responsibility of every Christian. When Jesus instructs us to make disciples of all nations , He is exhorting us to add worshipers to the Kingdom of God. In the gospel of John, Jesus declares that the Father is seeking those who worship him in spirit and in truth . We believe that true worshipers are His true disciples.
The goal of IWM is to grow individuals whose lives are marked by worship, evangelism, and compassion, and who use their gifts to grow disciples around the world. By the evidence of their lives we look forward to the day when the knowledge of the glory of the Lord covers the earth, as the waters cover the sea .
IWM utilizes its Integrity Worship Institute to provide training to equip indigenous leaders. Additionally, IWM promotes worship evangelism events, which are open to the general population, while simultaneously engaging in ministries of compassion and mercy to demonstrate a fully orbed commitment to ministering to the whole person.
In 1998 IWMs, Integrity Worship Institute, was launched in the United States to equip church leaders including pastors, worship leaders, and ministers of music to successfully lead their people into the transforming presence of God in a fractured, fast-paced, consumer driven society.
In 2002, IWM expanded globally to include worship leadership training in key regions of the world including, China, Russia, Central Asia and the Middle East/North Africa. Since that time, IWMs activities have grown to include ongoing worship evangelism and mercy ministries in these target areas. IWM plans to further expand its ministry activities to include East Africa and the Indian subcontinent in 2006.
